These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the sale of products to consumers and business customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
2. Scope of Application
The sale of products by the Provider through the online shop at the above URL is exclusively subject to the following Terms and Conditions (T&C) in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.
These T&C apply exclusively. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if expressly agreed between the Provider and the Customer.
Unless otherwise agreed, these T&C also apply to the following contracts:
- Delivery of gift vouchers.
3. Definitions and Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter of the contract is the one-time delivery of goods.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The offers on the Provider’s website are non-binding invitations to the Customer to order products.
By submitting the order (by clicking the "Buy Now" button), the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The confirmation of receipt of the order takes place immediately after submitting the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The Provider may accept the offer within five days by:
- Sending a written order confirmation (via email or fax),
- Dispatching the ordered goods,
- Requesting payment after receiving the order.
If none of these options occur within this period, the offer is deemed rejected.
The contract text is stored by the Provider and sent to the Customer together with the T&C in text form (e.g., via email) after the order is placed.
Before submitting a binding order, the Customer can review and correct their entries. All entries are displayed again in a confirmation window before the order is submitted.
Available contract languages:
German, English, French, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic.
5. Special Conditions for Customized Goods
If the contract includes the processing of goods according to the Customer’s specifications, the Customer must provide all necessary content (e.g., texts, images, graphics) in the required formats.
The Customer confirms that they hold all rights to the submitted content and indemnifies the Provider from any third-party claims.
The Provider may refuse processing if the content violates laws or common decency, especially if it contains unconstitutional, racist, or violent material.
6. Voucher Redemption
a) Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers are free vouchers with a specified validity period.
- They can only be redeemed on the Provider's website and only by consumers.
- Certain products may be excluded.
- Partial refunds for returned goods are not possible.
- Vouchers are transferable.
b) Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are purchased vouchers and can only be redeemed on the Provider's website.
- They are valid until the end of the fifth year after the purchase date.
- Remaining credit will be maintained until the expiry date.
- Cash payout is not possible.
7. Payment
Prices valid at the time of the order apply.
All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.
Payment Delay:
- Consumers: Default interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.
- Businesses: Default interest of 9 percentage points above the base interest rate.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are specified on the Provider’s website.
Delivery is made "curbside", unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies.
Exceptions:
- Fraudulently concealed defects are not limited.
- Damage from goods used in construction projects is not excluded.
10. Liability
The Provider is fully liable for:
- Intent or gross negligence,
- Injury to life, body, or health,
- Statutory product liability,
- Guarantees.
For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
11. Information on Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Mediation
The EU Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

The Provider participates in consumer dispute resolution procedures under the VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction:
- For merchants, legal entities under public law, or special public funds, the place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office.
- For consumers without residence in the EU, jurisdiction is also the Provider’s registered office.
If any provision of this contract is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
